When creating events, how do I invite attendees? What does adding contacts do?

When using either of the Agenda event creation options, adding a contact will simply place the contact into the "Notes" section for easy access to a person's contact information. This also will allow you to use a status tap to text or email them but it will not invite a person to an event.

For inviting attendees, this depends on if you’re using Exchange and Apple’s event creation; Agenda’s custom event screen does not support invitees. 

For Agenda v4 and above

To return to using Apple’s event creation screen, visit Settings->Event Creation ->iOS  (Apple).

For Agenda v3 and below

To return to using Apple’s event creation screen, visit Settings->Extras->iOS Event Creation.
